My understanding is that Santa Barbara is a nice place.
At 253PM, PT, Santa Barbara was reporting a temperature of 73 degrees. It was mostly cloudy, despite a gentle off shore breeze. Satellite indicated that the patch of clouds over Santa Barbara was very small, and the sun will soon be out.
Models indicate some low level moisture hugging the coast for the next two days, with little organized synoptic structure. This probably means a pair of mornings dealing with low clouds and fog. There may be a spot of drizzle as well, but by afternoon, expect the sun to poke out.
