This seems alphabetically difficult, but we are headed between two O cities. It’s going to be a short day and a half, wherein the second day will be very short, only a few hours. It’s a 764 mile trip that we will cover at a rate of almost 67mph. The first leg of the drive will take us 2/3 of the way home, about 535 miles

Don’t be surprised to see some 90s in northern Nevada as we make our way to Patrick, on the eastern outskirts of Reno through the day on Monday. It’s a dry heat though. No rain is expected.
There is a system parked off the Pacific Northwest that is going to funnel flow from the southwest past northern California, but it won’t impact the area we are driving through, other than providing a nice partly cloudy backdrop as we pull into Oakland.
