Salinas, California

I would say the forecast is late, but it's for the west coast! Not a problem.

At 753PM, PT, Salinas was reporting haze with a temperature of 50 degrees. The marine layer has been active the past several days, and there was no reason to suspect that fog wouldn't thicken overnight tonight.
The pattern is active across the country, but the southwestern part of the country is left to it's own devices. This will mean a persistent marine layer, with sunny skies in the afternoon but fog overnight and into the mornings.
Tomorrow - Morning fog, High 68, Low 45
Thursday -Fog and clouds in the morning, High 71, Low 44

TWC: Tomorrow - Partly cloudy skies High 73, Low 45
Thursday - A mainly sunny sky High 70, Low 47

AW: Tomorrow - Mostly sunny High 70, Low 43
Thursday - Mostly sunny High 70, Low 43

NWS: Tomorrow - Patchy fog before 10am. Otherwise, sunny high 74, Low 43
Thursday - Sunny High 74, Low 44

WB: Tomorrow - Sunny. Patchy fog in the morning. High 74, Low 43
Thursday - Sunny High 74, Low 44

I think it's going to be a bit cloudier than everyone else. We'll see how it goes. Mostly high clouds across California right now
