Anthony provided the forecast for Bloomington in the wee hours of Friday morning as a front was rolling into town. The cold air associated with the system came later in the evening, and was cooler than our cabal of forecasters envisioned, dropping the temperature to 45 before the clock turned to midnight Saturday morning. The temperatures subsequently continued their downward trend to the 30s, colder than anyone had for a morning low in Bloomington on Sunday as well. Anthony and Victoria-Weather had the top forecast in Bloomington because we hedged cooler, and the rest of the forecast, except the low on Friday, was spot on.
Actuals: Friday – .28 inches of rain and thunderstorms, High 66, Low 45
Saturday – High 59, Low 37
